Terms of use and engagement
The terms governing this website and documentation review enquiries with Resolver Routecore.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Acceptance and scope
By using this website you accept these terms. Website information is general and does not create a reviewer-client relationship. An engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee and terms.
Resolver Routecore reviews documents and supporting financial records. We do not determine insurance cover, adjust physical loss, investigate fraud or provide legal, tax or actuarial advice. A review does not guarantee acceptance, payment or any other claim outcome.
Client responsibilities
You must have authority to share the records supplied, provide accurate context, disclose relevant deadlines and avoid sending unrelated personal information. You remain responsible for submissions, policy compliance and decisions made using our findings.
Intellectual property
The site design and original text belong to Resolver Routecore. You may print pages for personal reference but may not republish them commercially. After full payment, a client may use a commissioned memorandum for the purpose stated in its scope; our underlying methods and templates remain ours.
Fees, cancellations and availability
Quoted fees, deposits, delivery dates and revision limits appear in the engagement letter. Our refund and cancellation terms apply. Website availability is not guaranteed and content may change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where limitation is prohibited. We are not liable for indirect loss, decisions outside the agreed scope, incomplete records, or reliance on general website information.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute process in an engagement letter. Questions may be sent to info@resolver-routecore.digital.
