Review path

The route from file receipt to findings

A controlled sequence protects the record, keeps questions focused and makes every finding traceable.

Before records change hands

We begin with the decision the review needs to support—not with a bulk upload. A short scope call identifies the claim type, parties, approximate volume, current status and due date. We then issue a written scope and secure-transfer instructions.

The five review stations

  1. ScopeDefine the question, boundaries, records and handover date.
  2. RegisterLog each file, version and legibility issue without changing originals.
  3. TraceBuild the chronology and connect amounts to source evidence.
  4. TestCompare names, dates, facts and figures across the application.
  5. ReportRank findings, cite sources and discuss practical next questions.

File handling

Only agreed records should be transferred. Please remove unrelated medical, banking and identity information where it has no bearing on the review. Access is limited to the assigned reviewer. Retention and deletion dates are confirmed in the engagement terms, and original filenames are preserved.

A finding should be reproducible

Each material point cites the document and page on which it rests. If evidence conflicts, both sources are shown. If the answer requires policy interpretation, physical assessment, legal advice or fraud investigation, we mark the boundary and recommend that the appropriate qualified professional address it.
