Responsible party and information collected
Resolver Routecore, at Level 10, 71 Loop Street, Cape Town 8001, is the responsible party for information handled through this website and our engagements. We collect contact details and enquiry text you submit, correspondence, engagement records and the limited personal information contained in claim documents accepted under an agreed scope.
Do not send claim files, identification numbers, banking records or health information through the public contact form.
Purpose and lawful handling
We use information to answer enquiries, assess and perform contracted reviews, issue invoices, protect confidential records, meet legal obligations and defend legitimate claims. We handle information with consent, to prepare or perform a contract, to comply with law, or for a legitimate purpose permitted under the Protection of Personal Information Act.
Sharing, transfers and security
Access is limited to assigned personnel and service providers who support secure hosting, communications or professional administration under confidentiality duties. If a provider processes information outside South Africa, we use contractual or legal safeguards intended to provide adequate protection. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are ordinarily deleted after 12 months. Engagement and financial records are retained for the period required by contract, professional need or South African law; the applicable claim-file deletion date is stated in engagement terms. Backups expire on their normal protected cycle.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion where retention is not required. You may complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator.
