Fee guidance

Fees shaped by the file, not a tier

Record volume, financial schedules, document condition and turnaround determine the work. You see the scope and fee before review begins.

Scoped quotation

Fees are quoted in South African rand and state whether VAT applies. A 50% booking deposit may be required for work expected to span more than five working days; the balance is due on delivery of the draft memorandum.

What changes an estimate

Page count is only a starting point. Scanned files without searchable text, duplicate bundles, several claim-form versions, long correspondence chains, multiple insured locations and loss schedules requiring reconstruction all add review time. A clear index and editable financial schedule usually reduce it.

Urgent turnaround is never assumed. Where capacity permits a compressed review, the quotation identifies the additional fee and any scope limitation needed to meet the date.

Before we quote

We ask for an index or representative sample, estimated page count, number of financial line items, desired decision date and a short description of the question the review should answer. Do not send a complete sensitive file before transfer arrangements are agreed.

Ask for a scoped estimate.
