Resolver Routecore is a Cape Town documentation review practice for insurance claims that need patient reading, financial discipline and a useful written record.
Why the practice exists
Insurance claim files rarely arrive as one clean narrative. They accumulate through forms, broker emails, repair quotations, photographs, bank records and follow-up questions. Resolver Routecore was formed to give those records a disciplined second reading before gaps become delays or unsupported assumptions become part of the decision.
Led by practitioners, not a claims decision engine
The practice is led by Nandi Maseko, a financial review specialist with experience examining source records, reconciliations and evidence schedules, together with Peter Jacobs, whose background is in claim-file administration and document control. Their roles are deliberately bounded: they review and explain the record; they do not determine cover, adjust physical losses or offer legal opinions.
How we work
Every engagement has one accountable lead reviewer. We use a written scope, document register and consistent reference system so a finding can be traced back to the page that supports it. Client files are shared only with assigned reviewers and retained according to the agreed engagement terms.
We value restraint as much as detail. A discrepancy is described in neutral language, and an unanswered question remains a question. The aim is not to make a claim look stronger or weaker. It is to make the state of its documentation clear enough for the proper professional or decision-maker to proceed.

Meetings are available at our Loop Street office by arrangement. Document reviews can be completed remotely for clients across South Africa where secure transfer, scope and applicable professional responsibilities can be agreed.
